At Chronicles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit your story, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse for you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5 business days.
